To archive an unbundled ID check to send a new unbundled check to the same email address, follow the steps below:
Log in to the inCase Admin Portal and click ID Checks.
In the ID check section, find the ID check you want to archive and click View
.
Go into Options and click Archive Identity Check.
Click Archive Identity Check again.
Note: The ID check will now be archived and the email address can be used again to complete another unbundled ID check.
