Support update
We're excited to inform you that, as part of our integration with the Access Group, we are transitioning to a new support system from Wednesday the 22nd of January.
This change will allow us to continue providing you with the highest level of service.
Note: No action is required on your part and support requests can still be sent to [email protected].
However, you may notice that our replies will come from a new email address: [email protected], and our responses will appear slightly different as per the example below.
Additionally, once your support ticket has been resolved, you will now receive a survey to gather your feedback, which will come from [email protected].
