This guide will give you a basic overview of how to navigate the app:
Download the app
Locate your welcome email.
Tip: It'll be from this email address: [email protected]Click the relevant App Store link for your device.
On your law firm's branded app, click Get or the download icon.
Sign in
Sign in with the email address the welcome email was sent.
Tip: Your app may have a different logo for the law firm you're dealing with.When you first sign, ensure you review the tutorial on how to use the app.
Navigation tips
Your to-do list is where anything that requires your action will appear such as questionnaires, forms and identity checks.
Once you have completed the documents/forms/ID checks, they'll move to your completed section.
If you have more than one case, click to navigate between them.
View all of your cases on the main page.
From the home screen, navigate to Messages where you can send direct messages to the law firm.
To send attachments within the messages section, click the blue plus. You can attach photos and PDFs here.
To navigate to the process steps, click the Process icon.
