This can be useful if the user needs to add more information to previous questions but has already signed, or if a user has incorrectly signed twice.
To do this, follow the steps below:
Log into the inCase Admin Portal and lick Created Cases.
Enter the case reference the questionnaire belongs to and then click Search.
On the relevant case, click the View icon
to enter it.
Scroll to the questionnaire which needs the signature resetting, and click the 3 dots button.
Click the Reset Signatures button.
On the confirmation request, click Reset Signatures again.
Tip: The signature count will go back to zero, so the user(s) can re-enter a questionnaire and resign it when they're ready.
