Edit a case title in the admin portal

To amend a case title from the admin portal, follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to the inCase Admin Portal and click Created Cases.

  2. In the search bar, enter the case reference and click Search.

  3. Once you've found the case, click Edit Case Details.

  4. Click on Case Title and write how you want the case title to now appear.

  5. Click Proceed.
