Sometimes you may need to resend your client their initial Welcome Email for them to get started with the app.
Tip: Always check that the original email didn't go into their junk folder as this is a common issue.
To resend this, follow the steps below:
Log into your admin portal and go to the Created User section.
Then search for your User via name or email in the search bar.
βTip: When located, their status should be Not Verified,Click the 3 dots and then select Resend Welcome Email.
That now triggers another welcome email to your user's email address.
