Resend a welcome email to an end user

Sometimes you may need to resend your client their initial Welcome Email for them to get started with the app.

Tip: Always check that the original email didn't go into their junk folder as this is a common issue.


To resend this, follow the steps below:

  1. Log into your admin portal and go to the Created User section.

  2. Then search for your User via name or email in the search bar.
    ​Tip: When located, their status should be Not Verified,

  3. Click the 3 dots and then select Resend Welcome Email.

That now triggers another welcome email to your user's email address.
