Check the status of a questionnaire

To check if a questionnaire is complete or incomplete, and which questions are outstanding:

  1. Log into the Admin Portal. and click Created Cases.

  2. In the search box at the top of the page enter the case reference and click Search.

  3. Click the Viewicon and review the status of each questionnaire under the status column.

  4. Select one of the following options:

    • Click the Viewicon to see which questionnaire questions are complete or incomplete.

    • Click Completed to see which questions the user has completed.

    • Click Incomplete to see which questions are waiting to be completed by the user.
