If you don't have a physical copy at hand to take a photo of you can upload a previous photo. You can also upload a PDF version of a digital bill, you'll just need to download it first.

Warning: Don't take a photo of a screen or upload a screenshot as this will be rejected.

You can upload a PDF as proof of address, follow the steps below:

Click the photo icon <img src="https://accessgroup.file.force.com/servlet/rtaImage?eid=ka8Tl000001Negv&amp;feoid=00N4I00000DwAq4&amp;refid=0EMTl0000070qtp" width="" alt=""> , and then click Files.

From your files, select the PDF version of your document.

2. From your files, select the PDF version of your document.
