If a client has reached the final verification stage (stage five) and is uploading their ID, Live Selfie, and Proof of address, they may sometimes need to return to an earlier stage to alter their details.
Warning: They can't do this if the ID check has been fully processed and has had a final submission.
For them to do this, ask them to follow the steps below:
Click the X in the top right corner to return to stage five.
Click the back arrow to go back to the question list.
Click the question requiring amendment and update the details,
Click Save and continue and then move back onto stage five to continue the final part of the check.
