Edit the reply to email on a case via the admin portal

To edit the reply to email on a case via the admin portal, follow the steps below:

  1. Log in inCase Admin Portal and click Created Cases.

  2. In the search feature, enter the relevant case reference and click Search.

  3. Click Edit Case Details.

  4. Click on the Reply To Email and amend it to the desired email address.

  5. Click Proceed.
