Filter the unbundled ID checks on the Admin Portal

To filter your Unbundled ID checks on the Admin Portal:

  1. Log in to the inCase Admin Portal.

  2. Click ID Checks. and then click the filter icon.

  3. Filter by one of the following:

Email

  1. Type in the email address you sent the check.

  2. Click Apply and the check will appear in the list.

Review status

  1. You can click any of the review status options on the drop down to view all of the ID checks in that status.

Created date

  1. Click the dd/mm/yyyy field.

  2. Click your desired date.

  3. Click Apply and you will be shown all the ID checks created on that day.
