Access denied error message when starting an unbundled check

This error message is caused by the end user blocking third-party cookies within their browser settings.

This is something the end user can resolve by following the steps below:

  1. Select the 3 dots at the top right.

  2. Go into Settings and then click Advanced.

  3. Click Site Settings and then click Cookies.

  4. Then click Allow cookies.

  5. Click the back arrow (top left) to return to the Unbundled Web Page.

  6. Refresh the page.
