Follow these steps to complete your identity check:
Access Your ID Task
Locate your ID tasks in the To-Do list.
Select the relevant ID task and click Tap to Complete.
Enter Personal Details
3. In the Name section, select Tap to Complete, enter your information, then click Save & Continue.
4. Complete your Date of Birth.
5. Enter your current address using the postcode lookup tool:
Enter your postcode.
Click Search.
Select your address from the list.
Confirm Passport Type
6. Indicate if your passport is biometric:
Check for the biometric logo on the back of your passport.
If present, select Yes, then click Start Passport Check.
Complete Passport Check
7. If prompted, watch the tutorial on photographing your passport and completing NFC.
8. Close the tutorial by clicking the X at the top.
9. Capture your passport details:
Open the passport and align the photo page with the guide outline.
Confirm the details by selecting Yes, that is correct.
10. Scan the passport chip:
Place your phone on top of the passport.
Click Start Scanning and keep the phone still.
Tap Submit.
Confirm Residency
11. Select the appropriate residency option (e.g., All Countries Except USA) and click Continue.
Verify Identity
12. Choose the country your ID was issued in and select the form of ID (passport, driving license, or ID card).
13. Take a photo of the ID and confirm it is readable.
Take a Live Selfie
14. Position your face within the frame.
15. Ensure the green tick appears to confirm acceptance.
Upload Proof of Address
16. Prepare a document showing your full name and address (must be less than 3 months old).
17. Tap See More Guidance for acceptable document types.
18. Upload the document:
Option 1: Upload a PDF by selecting the photo icon and choosing the file.
Option 2: Take a photo of the hard copy.
19. Confirm the document is readable or retake if necessary.
20. Indicate if the document is double-sided (select No if all required info is on the front).
21. Wait for the document to upload.
Complete the Process
22. Return to the home screen to confirm the identity check is in the Completed tab.
23. If any documents are rejected or unclear:
The task will return to the To-Do list for retry.
