If the ID check task in your to do list specifies "Identity Check Lite," follow the instructions below.
Follow these steps to complete your identity light check:
Access Your Identity Check
Log in to the app.
Locate your identity light check in the To-Do list.
If there is more than one, select the identity check that includes your name.
Enter Personal Details
4. Open the first item by selecting Tap to Complete.
5. Enter your full name and click Save & Continue.
6. Select your date of birth and tap Save & Continue again.
7. Enter your address manually or use the postcode lookup tool.
Upload Your ID Document
8. Attach a clear picture of your ID document:
Choose an existing photo or document, or
Use the camera option to take a photo.
9. Ensure all four corners of the document are visible and the text is readable.
10. Retake the photo if it is unclear.
Take a Selfie with Your ID
11. Take a selfie holding the ID document you previously photographed.
12. Make sure your full face and the entire document are visible in the selfie.
Complete the Process
13. Move to the Incomplete tab and select Finish to confirm your identity check.
14. Return to the home screen to verify that the identity check has moved from the To-Do list to the Completed tab.
