Welcome to our first InCase product update. Each month, we'll share a summary of the improvements, fixes, and enhancements delivered to the InCase platform. As InCase is continuously updated, these wrap-ups are designed to keep you informed of the value being delivered on an ongoing basis. We've combined January and February into a single update to kick things off.
What we delivered
Platform Security Updates
We completed a round of security updates across the InCase platform, addressing several identified vulnerabilities. These updates strengthen the protection of your data and ensure InCase continues to meet the security standards expected within the legal sector. All updates were applied automatically — no action was required.
Date Display Consistency
Dates shown throughout the web portal — including in tables, date pickers, case lists, and data exports — now consistently display in UK format (DD/MM/YYYY). Previously, dates could appear in an unexpected format depending on your browser's language settings. This has been corrected to ensure a consistent experience for all users.
Admin Portal Search Fix
An issue where searching for users within the admin portal was not returning results has been resolved. Searches now work correctly across all accounts, making it easier for administrators to locate and manage users.
