🚀 Product Updates – Delivered This Sprint

Here’s a quick look at what’s been released recently to improve stability, security, and your overall inCase experience:

✅ Delivered This Sprint

  • Security vulnerability fixes (Web)

    We’ve resolved several dependency level security vulnerabilities across the client application, ensuring the platform remains aligned with industry security standards.

  • SmartSearch AML validation fix

    An issue affecting certain address formats and causing AML checks to fail has now been resolved, improving accuracy and reliability for all firms using SmartSearch.

  • Document service reliability improvements

    Intermittent errors affecting document retrieval for some users have been fixed, restoring consistent and reliable access to case documents.

  • TA6 & TA7 Updated Forms - March 2026 Go Live

    Updates to the TA6 and TA7 forms are now fully live and delivered in line with the latest Law Society guidance.

  • Android app quality improvements

    Several fixes are now live, including improvements to questionnaire navigation, keyboard behaviour, document read confirmations, and logins using uppercase email addresses.

✨ Improvements coming to your MyAccess Portal support experience

We’re excited to share that we’re introducing enhancements to the support experience within the MyAccess Portal. These updates bring a new and improved way to get help, with AI powered support and chat functionality working alongside our Support Team within the Digital Assistant. This means a faster, more connected support experience that helps you find answers quickly and access the right resources when you need them.

From your side, the way you access support in the MyAccess Portal will remain largely the same, the main change is that you’ll now have the option to begin your support journey through the Access Digital Assistant.

• Convenience: Access support without leaving the product

• Speed: Faster response times

• Availability: 24/7 access to the Digital Assistant

• Streamlined Experience: Support tools and resources all in one place

🔄 What’s changing?

You can now raise and manage support queries directly within the MyAccess Portal using the Access Digital Assistant.

Through the Digital Assistant, you’ll be able to:

• Use 24/7 AI support

• Start a Digital Assistant chat

• View your support cases

• Navigate to Help Centre guides

📅 When is this changing?

From 24 March, all support requests raised in the MyAccess Portal will begin through the Access Digital Assistant. It will guide you to the most relevant support option or help article.

✔️ What do I need to do?

To access support:

  1. Log in to MyAccess Portal

  2. Under Need Help? select Ask a question

  3. Click Access inCase to open the Digital Assistant

This will open the Digital Assistant chat messenger in the bottom right corner of your screen.


Risk & Compliance Monthly Training Sessions

Each month our Risk & Compliance Consultancy Team run a training session on a key compliance topic based on the queries received into our compliance helpline, trends we are seeing in the sector or in our work with our customers.

Places can be booked through the FlexPoints catalogue for 70 points per attendee or you can email [email protected] if you wish to pay via invoice for £100 + VAT per place.
