✨ Improvements to your MyAccess Portal support experience

Just a reminder that we have introduced enhancements to the support experience within the MyAccess Portal. These updates bring a new and improved way to get help, with AI powered support and chat functionality working alongside our Support Team within the Digital Assistant. This means a faster, more connected support experience that helps you find answers quickly and access the right resources when you need them.

From your side, the way you access support in the MyAccess Portal will remain largely the same, the main change is that you’ll now have the option to begin your support journey through the Access Digital Assistant.
