✨ inCase Product Update – This Month's Highlights ✨
This month, we've focused on the everyday moments that matter most to your clients and your teams — making questionnaires easier to complete, ensuring signed documents and ID checks are returned accurately, improving the overall app experience, and continuing to strengthen platform security.
Here's what's new.
📋 Clearer, Easier-to-Complete Questionnaires
Completing a questionnaire on a mobile device should feel simple and intuitive. This month, we've introduced several enhancements that make it easier for clients to understand exactly what's required and track their progress.
What's improved?
✅ Progress Tracking
New progress indicators and completion counts show clients how far through a questionnaire they are.
Outstanding sections are easier to identify at a glance.
✅ Better Visibility of Required Questions
Mandatory questions are now more clearly highlighted.
New warning banners help draw attention to unanswered required fields.
Improved validation makes it obvious when information is missing.
✅ A Smoother Completion Experience
Clearer prompts when questionnaires are ready to submit.
Improved controls for selecting and clearing responses.
Questionnaire titles now remain visible, helping clients stay orientated throughout the process.
Bug Fixes
We've also resolved several issues that could interrupt completion:
Reopening an in-progress questionnaire no longer causes unexpected app closures.
Free-text answers now save reliably.
Clients no longer need to tap twice for answers to be recorded.
The result: fewer incomplete submissions, a smoother client experience, and less time spent chasing missing information.
📄 Documents and ID Checks That Arrive Complete
We've made a number of improvements behind the scenes to ensure signed documents and ID verification reports reach your firm accurately and reliably.
Document Signing Improvements
✅ Resolved an issue that could cause document signing to fail.
✅ Fixed a problem that occasionally generated duplicate signed documents.
✅ Form responses now populate generated PDFs correctly.
✅ Returned documents now display signatures consistently.
Enhanced ID Verification
✅ Completed ID reports are now delivered more reliably.
✅ Client photographs and signatures are included correctly in reports.
✅ Unbundled ID checks now file automatically to the correct matter within integrated case management systems.
The result: less manual intervention, fewer delays, and greater confidence that completed documentation arrives where it should, first time.
🚀 A Smoother, More Reliable App Experience
We've continued to refine the day-to-day experience for both clients and firms.
Recent Enhancements
Reduced instances of unexpected sign-outs.
Improved guidance for users who need to verify their email address before accessing the app.
Increased reliability of verification and notification emails.
Fixed issues affecting introducer sign-in journeys.
The result: fewer interruptions, less friction, and a more dependable experience throughout the platform.
🔒 Ongoing Security & Platform Improvements
Protecting client data remains a top priority.
Following a comprehensive penetration-test review, we've strengthened security across the platform with a range of enhancements, including:
✅ Stronger password requirements
✅ Improved session management
✅ Enhanced access controls
✅ Updated web security configurations
✅ Continued dependency updates and platform maintenance
These improvements bring inCase further in line with current security best practices while helping maintain a secure, stable, and high-performing platform.
The result: stronger foundations, increased resilience, and greater peace of mind for your firm and your clients.
